I like the general shape, the work on the teeth is interesting. I think it would need more work, on the colors maybe.
As for the description, I think the point in talking about how long it took is to say (approximatively) the time you really spent on it (hours)

tnx to your comments. more precisely I did the pencil work in an hour and maybe 3-4 hr in Painter and PS with a mouse. I agree it needs more work but since it's only done for practice I just might leave it.
btw this is one of my first digital works.
